County Dental Founders
Our network of dental practices throughout New York began with the vision of Dr. Ron Rosenberg and Dr. Joseph Fertucci and their mission to provide quality dental care at reasonable prices. Today, County Dental has a team of dental professionals, general and cosmetic dentists, and specialists at our practices in the Hudson Valley, with new offices opening soon in other parts of New York and beyond.
Dr. Joseph Fertucci
Dr. Joseph Fertucci has been a lifetime resident of the Hudson Valley, and he received his doctorate in dentistry from Columbia School of Dentistry and Oral Surgery. He received an honors award for graduating within the top one percent of his class, as well as an award for his work with advanced prosthetics. During his clinical years in dental school, Dr. Fertucci recognized the need for providing high-quality dental care at reasonable rates. He helped establish County Dental as a provider of affordable dental care with a focus on insurance utilization, employee training, and the incorporation of advanced technologies.
As County Dental grows, our staff and dental professionals remain connected with the communities in which they serve because Dr. Joseph Fertucci has himself witnessed the importance of these connections in the communities where he has established himself.
Dr. Ron Rosenberg
Dr. Ron Rosenberg has been providing high-quality, reasonably priced dental care to residents of the New York metropolitan area and the Hudson Valley for more than 30 years. He received his doctorate in dentistry from New York University, where he returned for specialty training after serving as a dentist in the U.S. Air Force. Over the years, Dr. Rosenberg has accumulated thousands of hours of continuing dental education so that he can bring the latest techniques and technologies to his patients. Dr. Ron Rosenberg is known as one of the most experienced general and cosmetic dentists in the Hudson Valley region.

Anna Brown, Managing Director
Anna Brown has played an integral part in the development of County Dental since joining our team in 1999. As Managing Director of County Dental, she manages and leads our company while keeping our vision in mind. She also guides others in the company and helps them enhance their skills
Karissa Pucci, Director of Operations
Karissa Pucci brings years of experience from corporate America to her position as Director of Operations with County Dental. She holds a degree in business administration from Berkley College and worked for IBM for more than 17 years, where she held numerous positions in administration, marketing, and management. At County Dental, she has developed a business strategy that upholds our professional business standards and ensures the success of our business operations.
Maria Comitto, Director of Marketing
With a background in public relations and corporate branding, Maria Comitto plays a crucial role in the development of our practice. As our Director of Marketing, she uses her skills to develop the identity of County Dental, applying this identity to all marketing materials, office design, and other company-related projects. She is directly responsible for the look of all of our offices and marketing materials, as well as our website and our online Share Point forum. She also works closely with our director of operations on our patient awareness programs.
Natalie Franco, Director of Human Resources
Natalie Franco is an advocate for our corporation and employees as our Director of Human Resources. She oversees the work of our staff and recruits some of the most experienced and accomplished dental professionals in the region to work at our County Dental offices. Her past experience in the personnel department at Montefiore Hospital has allowed her to thrive in this position, serving as a link between our management team and our employees.
Daniel Capone, Director of Administration
Daniel Capone develops and implements our company philosophy as our Director of Administration while contributing to the growth of County Dental throughout New York and beyond. He oversees our organizational policy and professional development, as well as the recruiting, hiring, and training of employees. Prior to working for County Dental, he worked with Houlihan’s Corporation as a franchise manager and corporate trainer, where he developed his training and executive skills with a large and diverse staff.
