Dr. Ron Rosenberg

Dr. Ron Rosenberg has been instrumental in forming County Dental into a premiere provider of high-quality dental care in New York, and has been serving the dental needs of the region for more than 30 years. He received his Doctorate in Dentistry from New York University. After serving as a dentist in the U.S. Air Force, he returned to New York University for specialty dental training. Over the years, Dr. Rosenberg has completed thousands of hours of continuing education in a range of dentistry areas, and keeps up to date with the latest techniques and technologies.

Dr. Joseph Fertucci

Dr. Joseph Fertucci received his Doctorate in Dentistry from Columbia School of Dentistry and Oral Surgery and has been a resident of the Hudson Valley all his life. During his years in dental school, Dr. Fertucci recognized the need to address the delivery of quality dental care as it relates to the social and economic demands that patients face. He established County Dental with the mission of providing high-quality dental care at affordable prices while focusing on insurance utilization, employee training, and the evolution of technology.

Anna Brown, Managing Director

Since beginning her County Dental career in 1999, Anna Brown has played an integral role in the development of our company. As our Managing Director, she manages every aspect of the company and leads with our vision and mission in mind. She motivates others through coaching, mentoring, modeling, and delegating. She also guides other board members, helping them to enhance their skills so that they can more effectively fill their roles in the corporation.

Karissa Pucci, Director of Operations

Karissa Pucci, our Director of Operations, is a graduate of Berkley College with a degree in business administration. She brings a wealth of experience from corporate America to her position at County Dental, which lends to her ever-evolving role in business operations. For more than 17 years, she worked for IBM where she held a number of diverse positions in administration, marketing, and management, including a position as the executive assistant to the chairman and many top leaders of the company. This experience has enabled her to grow and has provided her with the skills necessary to develop a business strategy at County Dental that ensures professional business standards and the continuity of our business operations. In her role as Director of Operations she is continually improving our business operations to create Practice Management Solutions.

Maria Comitto, Director of Marketing

As Director of Marketing, Maria Comitto plays a crucial role in the corporate development and branding of the practice. Her educational background in corporate branding and public relations allows her to develop the identity of the corporation, and apply this identity to marketing materials, office design, and other projects related to County Dental. Her job is to stay true to the mission, vision, and goal that has been put into place in order to ensure the accurate perception of County Dental as a provider of choice in New York.

She is directly responsible for our corporate representation at all of our practice locations, and the management of marketing-related projects including our career development and patient awareness programs. The County Dental career development program has been put into place to enhance the growth of the individual as well as the company. For our patient awareness programs she works closely with the director of operations to utilize community support and outside resources to develop and maintain a stable patient base. In addition, she is responsible for our global online marketing efforts, including website development and our online SharePoint forum which promotes the unity of our community and enhances communication amongst our team of professionals.

Natalie Franco, Director of Human Resources

As Director of Human Resources, Natalie Franco is an advocate for both our corporation and our employees. Her past experience in the personnel department at Montefiore Hospital has enabled her to assume this important position. She plans, directs, supervises, and coordinates the work activities of the staff. She provides current and prospective employees with information regarding policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and dental career opportunities. Her position allows her to serve as a link between management and employees by managing contracts and resolving administrative-related issues.

Daniel Capone, Director of Administration

As our Director of Administration, Daniel Capone has developed and implemented our management philosophy. This has contributed to the vision and growth of County Dental as a provider of choice throughout New York. Prior to working for County Dental, Mr. Capone worked with Houlihan’s Corporation as a franchise manager and corporate trainer, developing his executive and training skills with a large and diverse staff.

At County Dental, Mr. Capone oversees the general organizational policy, professional development, clerical support, and bureau services for Practice Management Solutions. In addition, he is responsible for personnel administration activities, including employee recruiting, hiring, and training, as well as activities that involve protocols, benefits administration, health and welfare programs, inventory and budget control, compensation planning, and government compliance issues.
